At OHS Oxford Health & Safety Training, we believe in providing the best CPR certification training possible. To ensure a positive and smooth experience for all our learners, we have policies in place that we ask all participants to observe. Please take a moment to review these policies before scheduling your training session.
American Heart Association Disclaimer
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used within OHS Oxford Health Services and our website APlusCPRSA.com. We do not store any credit card or payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (e.g. WIX.com, NewtekPayments, OSHA, and the AHA) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
Other Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please note there will be no refunds issued once you have booked a training session. However, if you call us with greater than 24 hours' notice you may be eligible, but are not guaranteed, to reschedule for a future training session based upon availability. OHS does not guarantee reschedule eligibility and is at OHS's full discretion. We hope you understand that OHS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other extenuating environmental or external circumstances beyond our control without prior notice.
No Show Policy
Our policy regarding No Shows is that they are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We highly recommend that you review our Reschedule Policy prior to registering for your CPR certification training to ensure that you are aware of the guidelines and avoid being considered a No Show. Additionally, if you foresee any issues that may prevent you from attending your scheduled class, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule your CPR Certification Training course, please call us at 210-580-4004 or 210-748-8046 at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you prefer to email us, please send your request to ohscprsa@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. We will do our best to reschedule you in our next available class that fits your schedule.
Classroom Policy
In order to create a comfortable and focused learning environment, we ask that you make proper arrangements for the day of class. Please do not bring children or pets to the office or classroom, as this violates our policy and will result in being turned away. If you violate this policy and are unable to reschedule, you will be treated as a No Show.
Lateness Policy
We have a policy for lateness to ensure the highest level of training for all participants. If you are more than 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes late, you may be eligible to reschedule your training session at OHS's discretion, but will not be allowed to attend the current session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a No Show and no refund or reschedule will be issued. We understand that things happen, but our policy is in place to respect the time and investment of all participants. If you are late to any OSHA training you will not be allowed to attend as per OSHA Policy.
Credit Card Charge Back/Dispute Policy
We understand that disputes can arise in the course of doing business. At OHS Oxford Health & Safety Training, we are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and efficient manner. If you or the cardholder dispute a charge due to not recognizing or recalling the charge, there will be a processing fee of $30 in addition to the original charges and fees. We want to ensure that our customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding charges or disputes.
